Hosted by Mackay Cycles with 8 Limbs Yoga, Mass Nutrition, Work and Play Therapies and Jody Walker participants spent an intensive three days challenging their usual cycling training.

10 keen and eager to lean local cyclist took part. 

The camp comprised of riding 120km at a moderate to hard pace, including an individual and teams challenge and race tactic sessions.  Off the bike we had a great session on Yoga thanks to Dave at 8 Limbs Yoga, explaining and showed the benefit of yoga for cyclist. 

Nev from Mass Nutrition explained the importance of diet and what to do and what to avoid to help with recovery and general health.  Kirsty and Peter from Work and Play therapies aided the guys recovery with a light rub down and recovery massage.  Jody a qualified nutritionist from Day and Night Chemist helped us understand the benefits of a healthy diet and general ideas for day to day eating.
